The Velvet Party Top is available in all sizes - XS to XXL. This comfortable stretch velvet top has excess room in the chest area for a draped fit. Armholes and sleeves are roomy with an elastic cuff. Hip is intended to fit close to the body with a bit of stretch. Measurement B (around hip) is the most fitted part of this design and ideally, will be the same or slightly smaller than your body measurement.
