Standard shipping is always just $6.50 within the U.S. and returns are free.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order.
We typically ship via USPS so we can’t ship on U.S. holidays.
Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
We are currently set up to ship to the following regions:
Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, and New Zealand.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Didn’t love what you ordered?
FlatWear is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns must be unworn with tags on, undamaged, and in clean condition.
If you would like to exchange a garment please submit your return and place a new order. If you have any questions about size or fit, or if you need an exchange to ship quickly, please ask us - we are happy to help!
If you would like to return a gift, please email us at info@flatwearclothing.com . We accept a gift returns for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original method of payment.
Returns are free within the U.S. - simply, print the free return label, repackage your item, and drop it off at your local post office.
To begin your return or exchange, please click the link below and fill out our return form. After receipt of your item, we process returns within 3 working days. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.
